Description of the studies:
The studies are intended for all those looking for knowledge about tools and techniques for effective project management, both working as and planning to become project managers. The classes are conducted by experts in advanced projects management in business organizations on a daily basis.
The studies will enable you to run projects using the main advantages of the waterfall, Agile and Scrum approaches depending on the project realm. You will know how to use best practices and skills of modern project management including successful communication and leadership for building a high-performing team, planning and avoiding cost and schedule overruns, effective risk assessment and restructuring endangered projects.
The content partner of the studies is the Management Training and Development Center (MT&DC), a training company specializing in consulting and certification in the field of business analysis and project management. MT&DC was the first training company in Poland to receive the PMI® Global Registered Education Provider status and for many years has been recognized in Poland as a provider of the highest quality training services.
The tool provider for the studies is Hadrone PPM, the creator and producer of the only Polish software for comprehensive project and portfolio management. Extremely intuitive user interface, ease of configuration to the user's needs and, above all, the speed of implementation are the most important features of this tool. Hadrone PPM is used as a project management tool in over 90 Polish and foreign companies in 10 countries around the world.

Admission conditions:
The condition for admission to studies is the submission of documents, including a copy of the diploma of completion of bachelor's or master's studies, and payment of the enrollment fee.
Completion conditions:
Completion of the studies takes place on the basis of credits for individual modules and the final interview during the last conference. The student should demonstrate knowledge, skills and social competences acquired during the studies and as part of their own work.

Duration of studies:
The program covers 120 hours. The studies will last two semesters and will be conducted in an extramural system, in Saturday and Sunday sessions.
